This Colombian microlot coffee comes from the Aponente region of Nariño, where small farmers take advantage of the region's unique microclimate and volcanic soil. The coffee is processed using the honey anaerobic method, which brings a rich sweetness and layered aromas to the cup.

Grown at altitudes of 1,700–1,800 meters, Caturra coffee bushes mature slowly in cooler conditions, resulting in a clean, balanced and nuanced coffee that combines sweetness with fresh acidity.

The cup features dried fruit, orange, plum and caramel . The coffee has received 87+ points and is ideal for filter brewing when you want to bring out its refined sweetness and aromas.
