In this category of Funkye coffees you will find top coffees from the best farmers in the industry! This category contains coffees with unusual flavors, different processing methods or that are different from the rest!
The selection varies depending on the harvest season and availability. Often these coffees are limited edition, but we try to keep perennial favorites like Danilo Perez's 200h anaerobically fermented coffee in the selection all year round. (The new harvest arrives at the roastery in June-July)
These coffees should be aged for at least 17 days after roasting to achieve optimal flavor. More rigorous processing and roast profiles may require a wait of up to 30 days.
