Once upon a time, in the big city of Espoo, there was a coffee roastery that was known for its high-quality coffee. The roastery's history was full of moments of success, but one dark day, fate intervened.

History took a dark turn on April 18, 2023 , when a fire swept through the roastery, leaving behind only smoke, charred memories, and hundreds of thousands of euros in lost money.

But amidst the flames, something new was born.

The roastery team decided that this would not be the end, but a new beginning.

They created Espoo Synkä , a coffee that symbolizes survival, determination, and creativity .

Espoon Synkkä is a strong and intense 5/5 dark roast , where Indian Robusta beans bring a deep, roasted and powerful flavor – like the moment when it all began anew.
