Honduras light roast

A full-bodied light roast coffee from the San Andres region of Honduras. Washed processing brings a clean and fresh profile to the cup, with citrus acidity and juicy stone fruit notes . A balanced body and bright flavor profile make this coffee approachable, yet interesting.

The coffee grows at an altitude of 1400-1650 meters in the mountainous region of Lempira, where conditions support a slow-ripening and aromatic coffee. The light roast brings out the characteristics of freshness and origin without excessive roastiness.
